3 Ways to Elevate Your Life
We live in a very fast-paced world. Sometimes, it’s all you can do to get through the day. The last thing you need to be dealing with is low energy caused by non-stop schedules. Here are three ways you can immediately elevate your life (and mood).
- Get energized through physical activity – 10 minutes of exercise is enough to shift your physical state and improve your mood and energy levels. Get creative — turn up the volume to your favourite song and dance your heart out, run on the spot for one minute and march for two, jump around like a teeny bopper, do something fun.
- Smile. I say this a lot — I even talk about the significance of smiling in my new book “PRIMETIME Success“. When you smile you alter brain chemicals and therefore shift your mood. When you feel low on energy the last thing you probably want to do is put a big grin on your face — do it anyways.
- Check your circle of influence. The people you hang out with will either fill you up with energy or drain you. You’ve got to be conscious of who you’re spending time with. What you tolerate will continue and your results in life will be impacted by your energy levels. Remember, energy is contagious.
