There’s something going on in the world of women entrepreneurs and it’s driving me absolutely nuts. Before I get real here let me say this – I don’t understand the decision to stay stuck in a lack mentality but I do know how to bring about positive changes and an abundant mindset.

Kudos to me , right?
Well yes, but that’s not the point here.

I have been changing lives for a long time now.
I’m experienced.
I’m forever learning.
I’m committed to success, forever and ever.

The thing that’s driving me nuts is this – excuse making behaviour.

Ugh, I’m actually cringing right now as I think about the most common ones I’ve heard recently.

“I’m too busy.”
“I can’t afford it.”
“My husband won’t let me.”
“My partner said I’ve spent enough already.”
“I’ve tried everything.”

Are you cringing too or do you recognize these excuses all too well?

Let’s cut to the chase here, ladies.

You don’t have the success you claim you want because you don’t believe in yourself enough to break up with your excuse making mentality. Period.

Seriously, those excuses are your problem.
Do you understand that you are in charge of your time?

You can choose at any moment to stop making excuses and to start doing the necessary work.
It’s a choice.

Those of us who succeed get it.
Ask yourself how badly do you want it?

Do you really believe the successful women you see taking the stage, building their empires, hosting retreats, writing best-selling books don’t have the exact same 24 hours in a day that you do?

They do.

If you want to experience results you must commit to the work.
It’s got to be your priority.

How do you expect to get to the top if you’re too tired or too broke or too overweight or too blah, blah, blah?

Newsflash, honey!
You won’t.

So I leave you with this – if you really want to be successful then stop whining and start taking action.
